We visit and select all the properties we offer to ensure the best setting for your unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe and its archipelago islands.

Alain Bonnaud
Alain left Orange France to start a concierge business. He developed one of the most important concierge companies in Guadeloupe for years, and his professional relationships with his landlords and tenants often turned into friendships. Co-founder of Zewelcome, he now passes on his passion and experience to many concierges.
Jean-Philippe Crémoux
Jean-Philippe set up a network of real estate agencies in Guadeloupe, which he has been developing for more than 10 years, having successfully satisfied more than 2000 clients. With this success, he now manages ZeWelcome as CEO, with the same rigor and passion.
Cécile Monfort
Cécile has been working in real estate for over 15 years! She excels in the art of bringing together the needs of different parties in complex transactions, an art that she now uses in the commercial development of ZeWelcome.
Sébastien Fourault
Sébastien is passionate about technology. At the age of 26, he was hired by Google to help the largest French companies modernize their websites and make them more intuitive. Today, he ensures that ZeWelcome's customer experience is perfect from A to Z.
Thomas Petit
Graduated from Vatel France with a Master's degree in Luxury Hospitality Management, Thomas has held several key roles in the hospitality industry, including a stint at Le Collectionist, before joining ZeWelcome where he plays a crucial role in business development and revenue management.
Kelly Burns
With over eight years of experience in marketing for automotive and FMCG brands, and holding an MBA from IDRAC Lyon, Kelly leverages her digital marketing and customer relationship management skills to drive growth and partnerships at ZeWelcome.
Sandra Alin
Having previously managed the real estate agency IMMO.GP in Le Moule, Sandra has solid experience in administrative and financial management, and also contributed to the local community as president of a sports club for nine years. Sandra currently leads financial management at ZeWelcome.
Kévana Salcede
Kévana managed Le Karacoli Beach & Spa in Guadeloupe, where she gained solid experience in team management and developed deep expertise in tourism and event activities, particularly as the founder of Baï Nali, an event planning and decoration agency. She joins ZeWelcome to accelerate commercial development in Guadeloupe and the Caribbean.
