Cancellation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic: Refund under certain conditions
Full refund at no cost if the provisions put in place by the state make your stay impossible.
The Covid-19 refund applies:
- If you are unable to go to the place of your rental (confinement, isolation, prohibition of movement, closed airports...).
- If the Owner is obliged to cancel your reservation (sanitary conditions, prohibition to rent...).
The Covid-19 Money Back Guarantee does not apply:
- For other reasons of impediment (restaurants closed, beaches forbidden, limited travel on your vacation site, limited sports activities, etc...).
- In case of illness of one or more travelers.

To cancel a reservation, the Tenant or the Owner must send a request to Zewelcome at the following email address: contact@zewelcome.com. The cancellation request will be taken into account on the date of receipt of the email by Zewelcome.
Cancellation by the Tenant: No refund
More than 30 days from the date of arrival In the event of cancellation by the Tenant more than 30 days from the date of arrival, any deposit or, in general, any sum paid for a reservation by the Tenant will not be returned by the Landlord, whatever whatever the reasons for this cancellation and whatever the date chosen by the tenant to inform Zewelcome. In the event that they have been cashed, only the tourist tax, the security deposit and the cleaning costs will be returned.
Within 30 days of the arrival date In the event of cancellation by the Tenant within 30 days, the Tenant will be liable for the full rental. In the event that they have been cashed, only the tourist tax, the security deposit and the cleaning costs will be returned.
Cancellation by the Owner
Except in the case of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the France Civil Code and regardless of the date of cancellation, in the case of cancellation by the Owner, the Owner will be liable for compensation equivalent to twice the amount of the rental less the tourist tax and cleaning costs.
