We are pleased to present Villa Manzana, an accommodation with an outdoor pool, a bar and a common lounge, just a few steps from the Raisins Clairs beach. This villa has a private pool, garden, barbecue, as well as free private parking.
Close to the most beautiful beaches of the island, the Pointe des Châteaux, the International Golf of St François and the best restaurants of the island, you will benefit from an ideal location in a soothing environment.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, flat screen satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the pool.

Highlights of the accommodation

In the heart of the Hauts de Saint-François in Saint-François, in a high standing residence with an ideal location on the commune, everything is less than 5mn by car, the beach of the coulée, the clear grapes, the airfield, the golf, the marina with all its shops and restaurants and all the nautical activities you will need.
The villa is equipped with 4 suites with their shower rooms, a large living room equipped with an interior kitchen, an exterior dining room. For the gourmets you have a traditional barbecue. A table soccer awaits the passionate.
The salt water swimming pool is composed of 2 pools (4x10m and 1,50m deep, 4x4m and 0,70m deep for children) and 2 semi-submerged beaches where you can lie down safely. In the heart of the pool, under a carbet, a refrigerated bar will offer you refreshments at any time of the day.
Possibility of 2 additional baby beds and for the young adventurers a tree house will be at their disposal!
Everything has been thought of so that you will have an extraordinary stay.

The 4 bedrooms are divided as follows:
The master suite with 1 Queen size bed 160cm, its bathroom and its independent dressing room.
1 suite with 1 King size bed 180cm, or 2 beds 90x200, its bathroom and dressing room.
2 suites with Queen size bed 160cm, each with its bathroom and dressing room.
2 baby cribs can be made available to parents.

The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the amenities: Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Fish market, Night market.

You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, as well as shopping in its many boutiques. The international golf course of Saint-François, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Plage des Raisins Clairs, Plage de Bois Jolan, and Plage de la Caravelle) are only 5 minutes away from your beautiful vacation villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby Helleux beach offers surfing lessons for all levels, and the Caravelle beach is the ideal place to take your first steps in kite surfing.

The villa is about 15 minutes drive from one of the most visited sites of Guadeloupe: the Pointe-des-Châteaux facing the island of Désirade.
