Yes, you pay a 30% deposit at booking, and the remaining balance 30 days before arrival. We can also arrange flexible payment plans by bank transfer or credit card if needed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each listing has its own cancellation terms clearly displayed. If you have specific questions, contact our customer service. For more flexibility, we also offer a cancellation insurance policy.

What happens when I arrive at the property?

Your local concierge will greet you at the property, hand over the keys, and explain how everything works. A refreshment is often offered. Feel free to ask for local tips and recommendations.

What is included in the rental?

All villas are fully ready upon arrival: bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, functioning A/C, pool if listed, and often a welcome drink.

What should I do if something goes wrong during the stay?
